We discovered RS Creativ when we were looking to add an e-commerce sales channel to our retail operation. Our project required a tight timeline, but Ryan and Brennon completed our store in a timely manner and on budget, even with barriers. They were professional, tailored their service offerings specifically to our needs, and maintained clear communication the whole time. RS Creativ built a foundation for autonomy so we can update our own website with ongoing support and guidance from them as we grow our online presence.

How we helped a local liquor retailer increase customer engagement.
Like many businesses during the Covid-19 pandemic, Collective was seeking an alternative channel to serve their customers while adhering to local health restrictions. Delivering this project in a short period of time and on budget was critical.
Our Solution
We chose our Jump plan for this project because it delivered everything they needed; a brand new Shopify online store, quality content on-site, and customized training to help them run their store.
Liquor packaging is often colourful and detailed, so we made sure to showcase the products with large, professionally-shot photos optimized for all devices.
While selling online was and important aspect of this project, maintaining foot traffic o their shop was a primary concern. To ensure this objective, we installed and customized the unTapped integration so customers can shop online and see their extensive in-store assortment at the same time.
Rounding out this project meant integrating a local delivery courier, Shopify Payments, customized training manuals, and Klaviyo email marketing software.
The Results
A beautiful boutique-style shopping experience that closely matches the in-store look and feel. Thought the initial assortment was small--only 40 products--the customized training manual they received allows them to confidently add products over time.
Collective now has a secondary sales channel to help them serve their customers near and far, thanks to local delivery and curb-side pickup options for all orders. All while adhering to local health restrictions.
Additionally, their online store has served as a critical platform for exclusive product launches, giveaways and seasonal bundles, opening up the door to reach more customers than ever possible with just their retail shop.
